Welcome to Hendrix Place

We have a beautiful salt water pool for our neighborhood to enjoy.  There are several tables with umbrellas and chaise lounges to enjoy the sun and visit with your family and friends.  We do require that you have your pool pass with you during each visit.  You are welcome to brings guests with you, but you must be present at all times.  

 Please pick up and discard all of your trash as well as any trash that your children or guests leave. Do not leave your pool toys behind – take them home with you.  If you move  furniture around, please return it to its original location. 

1.  Pool hours - 10am to 10pm

2.  No diving

3.  No solo swimming

4.  An adult over the age of 18 must supervise children under the age of 16

5.  No running, boisterous or rough play

6.  No balloons, hard plastic toys or glass of any kind allowed.

7.  No animals or pets allowed

8.  Return pool furniture to its appropriate place & lower umbrellas

9.  Lock the gate upon leaving

10.  Restroom lights are on motion sensors.  Please do not turn this feature off.

11.  Maximum number of swimmers allowed in the pool is 35.

There is no life guard on duty.
